BlackBerry Z30 with 5-inch display coming to India on October 24

New Delhi: BlackBerry is expected to launch its recently unveiled 5-inch smartphone, Z30, in India at its event on October 24. Besides the BlackBerry Z30 launch on October 24, the company is also expected to make some significant announcements which are still not known. 

The smartphone runs BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.2 and is a full-touch smartphone. It has the largest battery yet on a BlackBerry smartphone. The Blackberry Z30 has a 5-inch Super AMOLED display and a 1.7 GHz processor with quad-core graphics. It comes with stereo speakers. 

BlackBerry has incorporated a new technology - BlackBerry Natural Sound - which is a part of BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.2. BlackBerry says, it lets you hear nuances and variations in tone. The Blackberry Z30 is powered by a 1.7 GHz processor with quad-core graphics, and includes stereo speakers. The BB 10 OS version 10.2 offers a spate of improvements over 10.1. 

BlackBerry 10.2 is said to offer an improved version of BBM. If a BBM message arrives, you can instantly reply to the message without even leaving the app you are in. In addition, if your phone is locked, you can tap the various icons on the Lock Screen to see an instant preview of your most recent messages and notifications.

The BlackBerry Z30 smartphone includes a 2880 mAh battery and is claimed to last up to 25 hours.
